Cindy Rojas, Children's Ministry Director
I was born in Puebla, Mexico and grew up there all my life until I came to college at Moody Bible Institute where I met my husband David.  We've been married now for 13 years and have two beautiful daughters.
I've been involved in ministry throughout my life.  I've taught Sunday School since I was in my teens and have continued to serve teaching ever since.  Most of my life I've been involved in Spanish speaking churches and have served in many different capacities.  I have also been involved working in the radio ministry of Moody both in English and Spanish.  I currently announce and produce a radio program in the Spanish side of things.  I enjoy using the gifts God has given me any way I can.
I graduated from Moody Bible Institute and also have a Master's Degree from Columbia College in Media Management.
I am excited to serve at Village Green and am anticipating what God will do with our kids ministry as He uses so many talented and gifted people here.
Favorite Ministry Activity:
I love to teach and I love to sing.  Teaching is a way to keep motivating little and big hearts and it's always exciting when God let's us see how even one life is transformed through the teaching of His Word.  Singing is another way that God speaks and touches hearts, so I love this as well.
Favorite Verse:
Being confident in this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6
Favorite Past-time:
Reading a good book drinking a cup of coffee, snuggling with my girls, chatting with David till late hours of the night.
