Why baptism? It is a step of obedience for one who is following Christ. It is the way God has given us to express our commitment to Jesus. Am I ready for baptism? What will it mean? How will it help me? These questions will be answered in our class time together.
Why membership? It is a tangible way of connecting to a local church body. It provides a way for the church and the member to commit to the work of Christ together.
We can also experience many more opportunities for service and growth.
Who is Village Green? Where is the church going? What do they believe? Will I fit? All these questions are answered in this class.
Format
Six class sessions meeting on Sundays @ 9am. Start anytime in the series. Missed classes can be made up the next time around.
For example: If you start on January 22 (session 3), you will pick up sessions 1 & 2 on March 5 & 12. Then you will have completed the 6 weeks.
